Part 1 — NFT Ownership Rights
When you acquire a RABBIT VAULT token on the Base blockchain, you become the legal owner of that token. As the token holder, you are entitled to the following:
- ✓Hold the NFT token in any compatible Web3 wallet
- ✓Sell, transfer, or trade the NFT token on any NFT marketplace (OpenSea, Magic Eden, Rarible, etc.)
- ✓The buyer of the resold token receives the same rights as described in this license
- ✓The token transfer is recorded immutably on the Base blockchain
Part 2 — Artwork License
The following rights are granted to the holder of the corresponding NFT token regarding the underlying digital artwork (PNG image):
Permitted uses:
- ✓Display the artwork privately and publicly (home, office, digital frames, gallery)
- ✓Share on social media as personal content or profile picture (PFP)
- ✓Show in digital and physical exhibitions as part of personal collection
- ✓Print for personal, non-commercial use (home display, personal gifts)
Not permitted without written permission from the creator:
- ✗Commercial use of the artwork (merchandise, advertising, products for sale, branding)
- ✗Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works
- ✗Sublicensing or transfer of artwork rights to third parties
- ✗Claiming authorship or copyright over the artwork
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, over the underlying digital artworks remain exclusively with the creator.
Acquiring an NFT token grants the token holder a personal display license as described above. It does not constitute a transfer of copyright or any other intellectual property rights.
